FO: "Sugar"
i have several other FOs but i'll post this one for now since this is the only one i took pix of. the others though i've been kind of lazy n_n; sorry about that. anyway, x-posted on craftster and LJ knitting community. a knitting + crochet combo.

FO: hike (rowan 37)
gaaaah... no progress pics of this one either but i finished it! :D i thought it was an easy knit, however it was boringly time consuming with all the stockinette. i really love this new sweater though and i know i'm gonna wear it lots! however, i bought the wrong zipper for it! :( i found out i bought a closed zipper instead of an open one. oh well. when i get down to see my parents this weekend in san jose, i'll try to go find an open zipper and use their sewing machine to sew the zipper instead of doing it by hand.

FO: Butterfly (Rowan 37)
FINALLY i took pix of my FO of my first butterfly. i finished this already sometime ago but i got so caught up with many things (school, warcraft, drawing, other WIPs). anyway, just a post on picutres. i've babbled enough about this project. lol

Butterfly #2 and stitch markers! :D
well here's butterfly #2 in shade "heavenly" which is a medium sky blue n_n it's got beads too but not sure if you can see any and yes, i'm working butterfly in the round so i don't have to seam! thanks to veronique (a fellow craftster) for the idea and it does look better that way too. seaming was such a pain when i finished my dress (which i have yet to show pix of) that's why i just decided to do it in the round. a tip for this is to use stitch markers so you know which panel you're working on. and look! i made stitch markers :3 bought a beading tool set at JoAnn's while i was in LA then when i got back into the bay area, went to michaels and bought some charms.

also, i got my 7 balls of rowan calmer in the mail today! n_n can't wait to make hike once i finish butterfly.
